Our Story

I'm Owen Dawson, the founder of Doughson's Handmade Pizza. Like most, I've been a fan of pizza for as long as I can remember. However, often left unsatisfied by what was available in shops and takeaways, around ten years ago I began my journey into the mysterious world of pizza.

Driven by a quest for the perfect crust, pizza making became a mealtime staple as I strove (and still do) to make each pizza better than the last. As the quality of my pizzas improved so did the desire to share my passion with others. Doughson's was born out of this passion, and I now serve events and private functions across North Wales and beyond with handmade Neapolitan-style pizza.
